Visitors are permitted to enter the hospital during 9.00AM to 11.00AM only with Gate Pass, which is supplied by the hospital authorities during admission.

Out Patient Registration 
     Out patient Registration counter is located in the ground floor of our Old Building. All patients need to be registered prior to consultation or before availing any services. An amount of Rs.20/- has to be paid as initial registration fee and the validity will be for 15 days. Thereafter Rs 10/- to be paid as renewal fee once the validity is over. A reference Card with patient number will be given to the patient at the time of first registration
Already registered patients should bring the patient reference card for future consultations . 

On payment of Rs 50/- patient can avail the facility to get priority in their consultation. 
Out patient Billing 
Payments for consultations, tests and procedures will be accepted at the Pharmacy counter by Cash only.
Consultation Charges

Rs. 10/- is charged for consultation .

In-Patient services

ADMISSION AND IN-PATIENT BILLING DEPT

 The in patient Billing department in association with ward in -charges handles admission and discharge procedures .The facility of advance booking for rooms is provided . Free treatment / concession is given to the deserved patients admitted in general ward , as per the discretion of the authorities. 

DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS

On admission an advance amount , based on accommodation preferred , will be collected which will be adjusted in the final bill. The patients likely to get admitted for long duration should make sure that not more than 7 days of dues is in their credit . All payments will be accepted by Cash only.
